Cocoa Beach, Did you know?

In 1942 a German sub sank a ship, the La Paz directly off Cocoa Beach. Naturally Cocoa Beach used the local boys to clean the debri off the beach and salvage the ship. What a place to call home!
picture is a new listing at the end of Newfound Harbor on Merritt Island.

Naturally we go on a lot of listing appointments, one of the arguments that the large companies use is how big they are with more resources. They also use the fact that they have more listings. Now a lot of sellers buy this argument but the truth of the matter is the more listings you have the less attention is paid to your listing and in the modern world everyone has the same resources. Print advertising in today’s market is almost useless. We are driven by the internet but we still have contracts with the newspaper and magazines. The four principle partners of our company worked for several large companies, we started our own company because we desired more flexibility with our clients. As the broker I am proud to say we have some of the best listing agents in Florida.
