"Business men drink my wine"

"Plow men dig my earth" the incomparable Bob Dylan, I think I like Jimi Hendricks' version better.

The picture is of Villa Verde in South Cocoa Beach. This complex is only 9 units and was contructed to be luxury condos in 2007. Unfortunately they were finished at exactly the wrong time. There are now 5 units on the market by the investor, these units are priced from $435,000 to $495,000 depending on the view. They all feature 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths with 2875 sq ft. The original owner also has his penthouse on the market for $1,350,000 and this unit features 12000 sq ft with 4 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths with all the toys including private elevator, servant quarters and roof top garden.

The drawback to this complex is the health of the association. There is no way this was turned over to the association since there were no sales. Originally they stated the fees were $1000 monthly now it is to be determined. Taxes are up to date but I doubt the complex is fully insured. Here is a perfect example of doing your due diligence before pulling the trigger. Seek advise!

Enjoy the 4th and your freedom. I don't feel that some people give enough credit to our allies in our war efforts. A lot of other countries have made the ulimate sacrifice of their young soldiers by helping America.
