Some new happenings in our complexes

New listing in 2100 Towers which is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with 1400 square feet.  The unit is listed at $245,000 which may be a bit optimistic.

A new listing in Windward East which is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with 1521 square feet  and listed for $299,000.  This unit features southern views of the ocean and shows very well.  This unit's 3rd bedroom was originally a 2 bedroom but the den has had a door and closet installed for bedroom.
The unit in Windrush that has a northern ocean view listed at $285,000 closed for $265,000.  This unit is a sand dollar with 2 bedrooms 2 baths with 1517 square feet.  This is a very good comparable to the new Windward East unit with 1521 square feet.

The Diplomat front unit that was listed for $125,000 closed for $114,000.  The prices may have bottomed and edging up at The Diplomat.
